Highlights
- Opened our first Youth Foyer in Townsville, supporting young people at risk of homelessness.
- Delivered 389 new homes in Sydney and acquired 251 homes in Darwin.
- Established our fourth Community of Focus in Whyalla.
- Supported 160,520 people through 447 services nationwide.
- Helped 23,441 people experiencing homelessness and 7,700 people access safe housing.
- Marked 15 years of Mission Australia Housing, now managing 4,500+ homes.
- Won the Excellence in Evaluation Systems Award for impact measurement.
- Improved staff engagement (86%), reduced turnover, and narrowed the gender pay gap to 3.3%.
- Advanced sustainability with energy and water upgrades in community homes.
- Launched our first Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Strategy and completed our second Innovate RAP.
