Nancy was appointed as Director of Mission Australia in 2021. She was also appointed as Director and Chair of Mission Australia Housing, Mission Australia Housing Tasmania and Mission Australia Housing (Victoria) in 2022.
Nancy was also appointed as Director to Mission Australia Housing Northern Territory in 2024. She is a member of the People, Culture & Remuneration Committee. Nancy is a Director of Perpetual Ltd, Aspect Studios, Chair of Perpetual Equity Investment Company and Deputy Chair of RFS Benevolent Fund, and a former director of several ASX-listed and not-for-profit companies.
Nancy has over 25 years of experience in the finance sector in New York, Asia and Australia. A member of the Order of Australia (AM) for her significant service to the financial and banking sector and women in business. Nancy is an AICD Fellow and a member of Chief Executive Women.
