Harry* was desperately trying to save his family

He became the sole carer for Mia*, aged 12, and three-yearold Issy* when their mum left. They lost their family home too, and were forced into temporary accommodation. Mia was angry and confused by the changes in her life, and started running away for days at a time. To keep their temporary accommodation, Harry was required to inspect multiple rental properties each week. But how could he do that when he needed to find Mia?

I felt like a parent again, instead of a failure. I knew we could move forward from here.
