Sue Budalich

Sue brings over 30 years of executive leadership across government, not-for-profit, and consulting sectors. She has led teams delivering services in metro, regional, and remote areas, with expertise across education, youth, Aboriginal health, aged care, employment, and community services.
Since joining Mission Australia in 2022, she has overseen a diverse portfolio including housing, homelessness, family violence, out-of-home care, NDIS, alcohol and drug support, and mental health. Sue also serves as Chair of WANADA and is a Board member of WACOSS, contributing strengths in governance, strategy, and capacity-building.
