Mychelle is a senior executive leader with over three decades of experience shaping housing, homelessness, and human services policy and delivery across four Australian jurisdictions. She brings deep expertise in public, community, affordable, and Aboriginal housing, with a strong track record in strategic reform, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
She has led major housing investment portfolios—including a $500M annual program in South Australia—and driven strategic initiatives in the Northern Territory and New South Wales, including affordable housing, antisocial behaviour responses, and early intervention programs. She led property portfolio reviews and human services outcomes planning for major urban renewal projects under the NSW government Communities Plus program.
