Phil leads Christian chaplains who offer staff and clients care, spiritual support, and help during tough times. Phil also oversees community chaplains who work with local churches to support and strengthen communities in need.
Phil has over 20 years of leadership experience across commercial and not-for-profit sectors, previously serving as Senior Manager, External Communications. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, a Graduate Diploma in Business Operations Management, and an Advanced Diploma of Bible, Mission and Ministry.
