Albury, 2641

The Adolescent and Family Connection (AFC) service provides individual and family counselling, and family mediation and restoration services for young people aged 12-18 and their families. The goal of the service is to effect either reconciliation (or an acceptable and appropriate alternative) between young people and families before any problems would escalate the level of risk of harm to the young person. AFC aims to build resilience, self-esteem, and confidence in relationships while addressing bullying and other issues impacting the young person.
