Justice & Corrections

The Youth Support program delivers targeted support to young people at risk of being disengaged and is directed to improving positive engagement with family, education and community with the aim of preventing negative life outcomes such as homelessness, unemployment and/or contact with the justice system. This program will deliver modern, contemporary models of support to young people aged 8 to 21 years who are at risk of entering, or are already involved in, the Youth Justice system.

Who we assist

Young people aged 8-21 years old

Eligibility criteria

Young people aged 8 to 21 years who are at risk of -
disconnection from family, community, prosocial or recreational activities or informal support networks
disengaging from school, training and/or employment
harm, including self-harm or suicide;
cultural disconnections
homelessness, or are already experiencing homelessness; or
entering, or are already involved in, the Youth Justice system

Referral process

Referrals will be actioned by a multi stakeholder approach and working closely with Youth Justice
