Housing Accommodation Support Initiative (HASI) Inner West Sydney

Mental Health Recovery

HASI is a collaboration with NSW Health and consumers that provides psychosocial recovery support for people with a severe mental health condition. HASI has been proven to reduce hospital admissions and homelessness and is effective in assisting and supporting individuals on their recovery journey. Its focus on the self-identified recovery goals and needs of each person helps us to integrate medical care and holistic and psychosocial support needs, driving sustainable outcomes for people. Recovery Case Workers promote open communication between all stakeholders to support the individual's recovery journey with choice and control, person centered support and self determination imbedded into the service model.
