Mission Australia Communities for Children (C4C) is an early intervention and prevention program that aims to improve the development, health and wellbeing of children aged 12 and under by addressing local needs and encouraging community participation. As the Facilitating Partner in Blacktown - Mt Druitt, Mission Australia supports a network of place-based community development, and early intervention and prevention programs aimed at giving children the best possible start to life. Community Partners are subcontracted to deliver these programs and services in the community. This program is funded by the Australian Government's Dept. of Social Services (DSS).

Who we assist

We assist children who are 0-12 years old and their parents/carers and families.

Eligibility criteria

We assist children aged 0-12 and their parents or carers in the Mt Druitt 2770 area who are vulnerable or disadvantaged.

Referral process

We receive self-referrals directly to the service or by other agencies by contacting the service by phone, in person or via email.
