Communities of Focus Whyalla is a place-based initiative that works alongside the local leadership and decision-making group The HOPE Collective and its collaborative members. We aim to builds skills, strengths and aspirations that exist within a community to build cohesion, collaboration, and motivation, working across funding and program boundaries to catalyze innovation and create positive community change. Mission Australia works as the backbone to coordinate activity, develop a common vision, facilitate strategy, and build community capacity for a period of 10 years.
