Assist women experiencing social isolation and loneliness through the Wellbeing and Connections program. Four x 6-week group sessions. Participants will develop town strategies to self-manage wellbeing and develop a personalized wellbeing plan.

Program will engage with specialised housing and support hub for older women. as part of Housing Options for Older Women initiative by facilitating referrals and access to the Hub and its local services for support in the Geographic Catchment Area and advertising local events and services funded by the Stay Connected Fund on the Hub website.
