The Homelessness Early Intervention Service - South West Sydney provides targeted support to adults (18 years and older) who are at risk of homelessness, focusing on sustaining tenancies and stabilizing housing. For individuals who have recently become homeless, assistance is offered through the TA Triage Program, which provides tailored support during temporary accommodation. Both services are operating across the Bankstown, Fairfield, Liverpool, Campbelltown, Camden, Wollondilly, Wingecarribee Local Government Areas (LGAs). The programs deliver a comprehensive range of support, including outreach, referrals, tenancy management, advocacy, information, advice, and access to brokerage funding.

Who we assist

The Homelessness Early Intervention Service offers support to individuals and families at risk of homelessness, with a primary focus on sustaining rental tenancies through advocacy and brokerage services. Referrals are accepted via self-referral or from agencies.
For individuals experiencing homelessness, our TA Triage Program provides targeted support during their stay in temporary accommodation, with referrals received from Homes NSW.

Eligibility criteria

18 years or over and at risk of homelessness or currently homeless.
