Homelessness Early Intervention - Sydney, supports vulnerable people to sustain their housing tenancy through case management and early intervention. Working closely with local partners, the service supports people in their home helping them to create better pathways to home security and reduce household rental stress. The service operates across the Ashfield, Burwood, Canada Bay, City of Sydney, Strathfield, Leichhardt, and Marrickville LGAs.

Eligibility criteria

Young people, single men, single women and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
