The Sustaining Tenancies in Social Housing program helps people living in social housing who are at risk of tenancy failure to address the issues that are affecting their tenancy. The program aims to help tenants either maintain their existing tenancy (with no further breaches) or make a positive exit into other accommodation.

Tenants of Government Social Housing properties (18yrs and above)

Eligibility criteria

Clients referred by Department of Communities and Justice (Housing) staff

Referral process

Referral form as developed by DCJ and sent to [email protected] and then allocated by the Program Manager.
