Tenancy Support Program - Katherine works with individuals and families identified by Territory Housing who are transitioning from homelessness or risk of homelessness, to public housing. The program provides intensive case management to help clients gain skills which will enable them to successfully manage their own tenancy, and ongoing support for 12 months to ensure they are able to maintain their tenancy in the long-term.

Who we assist

Individuals and families identified by Territory Housing as needing intensive assistance to gain skills enabling them to successfully manage their own tenancy into the future.

Eligibility criteria

Clients must be without a public housing tenancy, or private tenancy option, and assessed by Territory Housing as suitable for this special intensive assistance because of perceived probability of ongoing tenancy success afterwards.

Referral process

All referrals come from Territory Housing.
