TSCS is offered to tenants in social housing where MA Housing headlease properties from the NT Government. TSCS will support MA Housing tenants to sustain their property by assessing individual needs and goals, facilitating connection to social, community and service support and opportunities to thrive, continuing to work with participants where needed to ensure their supports are meeting their needs, taking into consideration their changing circumstances, establishing partnerships to create a range of support pathways that meet each tenant’s needs and maintaining a broad understanding and knowledge of agencies, organisations and services.

Who we assist

Tenants in social housing where MA Housing headlease properties from the Northern Territory Government.

Eligibility criteria

TSCS is available as an optional service to all tenants who are residing in the social housing properties as part of the NT Government Social Housing Transfer to MA Housing including first-time social housing tenants, transitioned-in tenants, tenancies at risk, tenants facing vulnerability and tenants seeking support.

Referral process

Triage of referrals is managed by a Joint Referral Committee (JRC) with representatives from TSCS and MA Housing teams working together to prioritise intake and determine the best support pathways for tenants.
