The Tailored Support Coordination Service (TSCS) Youth aims to support disadvantaged young people between 18-24, by providing a safe and stable place in the Duke Street Residential Complex. The service will support the young people to engage with education or employment, so that they can achieve greater independence and ultimately move into independent housing options such as private rental or affordable housing, diverting them from a long term dependence on social housing.
