The Together Home Program is a $36.1m investment by the NSW Government that aims to support people sleeping rough across NSW during the COVID-19 pandemic into stable accommodation, linked to wraparound supports. The provision of housing and support through the program aims to address people’s support needs, build individual capability and capacity, and foster connections to community.

Who we assist

People over 18 years old identified during COVID-19 as sleeping on the streets and who may have a complex range of problems preventing them from attaining stable housing.

Eligibility criteria

Homeless or sleeping on the streets or has been in temporary accommodation, over 18 years old, receiving or eligible for a centrelink income, approved for or eligible for Priority Housing for Persons at Risk, assessed using VI-SPDAT or other assessment tool, does not have any visa restrictions to afffect long term housing.

Referral process

Referrals received through MA Housing for clients identified during COVID-19.
