Referral process
The MEEAI team will, in collaboration with the Meekatharra District High School, analyse the attendance list and determine the children and families requiring additional support. This list will be reviewed on a regular basis with agreed changes taking place as deemed necessary and appropriate. The MEEAI team will work with families to determine the assistance required by developing a Family Plan to guide and support the family increase and achieve attendance targets. The family agree to, or request support from the MEEAI team.
