The Targeted Earlier Intervention (TEI) Program in Nepean is designed to support young parents under 25 with children aged 0-8 years in the Penrith, St Marys, and Hawkesbury regions.
The St Marys Community Hub collaborates with local schools in St Marys, focusing on families with children under 8. The hub creates welcoming environments for families, helping with social isolation by organizing groups where participants can comfortably connect and enhance their parenting skills, education, social involvement, and community ties.
