Eligibility criteria

The MA Social Housing program is designed for people who are eligible for public housing. Rent charged is 25% of income plus 100% of Commonwealth Rent Assistance (CRA). Current eligibility limits for public housing are available on the Housing NSW website. (http://www.housing.nsw.gov.au/) Clients must be added to the Housing NSW Housing Pathways Register - we can help you do this.
