Employment, Education & Training

Dandenong, 3175

Mission Australia delivers the Navigator program across the Bayside Peninsula region, working with significantly disengaged children and young people aged 12-17 years to re-engage back into education settings, build new skills and stronger connections with their education providers and communities. In an outreach capacity, Case Managers work closely with the young people across all life domains (education, health, daily living personal and social skills) to increase their ability to re-engage back into an education setting. Mission Australia achieves this through assertive outreach, home visits, comprehensive needs assessments, strategic planning and goal setting with the young person, advocacy, mentoring and group activities.
