The Homelessness & Housing Support service - Broken Hill helps vulnerable young people (aged 16-25), especially those from Aboriginal backgrounds, to reduce their risk of homelessness, and for those who are experiencing homelessness, to break the cycle for good. The service supports young people across the spectrum of need, from early intervention and prevention through to supported crisis and transitional accommodation, and post-crisis support. The service facilitates access to mainstream and specialist services, and provides case management

Young people aged 16 to 25 who are homeless or at risk or Homelessness. Aboriginal youth are a key target group of this service.

Eligibility criteria

Young People aged 16-25 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Referral process

Referrals are accepted from Government, Non-Government Agencies and Self Referrals.
