Complex needs, Aboriginal Clients, people experiencing homelessness- 16+ Years and their children. People experiencing domestic/family violence.
Eligibility criteria
16 years of age. Male, Female and Families. Experiencing Homelessness, Domestic and/or Family Violence. At risk of Homelessness.
Referral process
Referrals can be received from anyone including self referrals.
Referrals are directly received by MA and an assessment will be action to determine the appropriate support.
