The Crossing, in King Cross Sydney, helps young people aged 16-25 who are excluded from support services and at risk of homelessness or are homeless due to challenging behaviours and lifestyles. The Crossing provides flexible, mobile (outreach) case management to meet the needs identified by the young people. This holistic client focused service works in collaboration with other youth support and specialist services in the community, to deliver an intensive and long-term support for the young person.

Who we assist

Young people 16-25 years with the primary target group being 18-25 years inclusive. A prime concern and focus is young people currently excluded from support service and at risk of homelessness or homeless due to challenging behaviours and lifestyles.

Eligibility criteria

16 - 25 homeless or at risk of homelessness young people.

Referral process

Young people can be self-referred, referred by other agencies, in person or over the phone.
