Notice regarding unredeemed gift vouchers – Charcoal Lane

Charcoal Lane officially closed on 16 September 2021.

If you have a gift voucher for Charcoal Lane that had an expiry date after 16 September 2021 (Eligible Gift Voucher) which you were not able to use because of the restaurant’s closure, please get in contact with us by email at This email address is being protected from spambots. We are able to offer a full refund of the unredeemed amount on the Eligible Gift Voucher, a tax-deductible donation to Mission Australia, or a combination of both. In order to process any transaction related to the gift voucher, Mission Australia will require a scan of the Eligible Gift Voucher. This can be sent to us by email.

You will be able to claim a refund or donate the amount on your Eligible Gift Voucher up until 30th December 2022.
