Active Children Thrive (ACT) aims to improve the health and wellbeing of families and children 1-12 years old in the Acacia Ridge, Inala and Ipswich regions. Working hand in hand with our existing early intervention programs across the region complementing and adding value in areas where limited resourcing has resulted in significant gaps to supporting children and their families, the program provides a suite of modules that focus on nutrition, being active and hearing screening.
