The Nepean TEI program helps young parents aged under 25 who have children aged 0-8 years in the Penrith, St Marys and Hawkesbury areas. The program provides parent groups attended by an early childhood nurse, as well as supported playgroups.
St Marys Community Hub operates in 5 schools in St Marys working with families with children who are under 8 years old. The hub provides soft entry points for families to help reduce social isolation by facilitating groups where participants feel comfortable and can engage with other groups to further develop their parenting skills, education, social participation and Community connection.

We assist parents aged 15 - 25 years with children aged 0-8 years.

Referral process

We accept all kinds of referral, most people who use this service, come the first time with a support person.
