Who we assist

The target group for MACCFW will be disadvantaged and disconnected families with children 0-12 years who lack access to the information, means and social supports necessary to take up resources in the education and care system, and access to pathways to economic participation. As an early intervention program it will take into account and respond to the Aboriginal diversity in the cohort and focus on building the capacity of isolated parents by identifying and addressing issues that affect child and family outcomes.
