Nepean Families and Fairfax House provides Housing support services for families experiencing Homelessness or at risk of Homelessness. We tailor our service based on your needs and situation. We work collaboratively with other services to make sure you receive the right support and assistance. accommodation, support and case management to vulnerable families who would otherwise be homeless. We support families in either transitional supported accommodation or early intervention that responds to the immediate needs of Families is crisis with practical support.

Who we assist

We assist families with dependent children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in the Penrith LGA.

Eligibility criteria

We assist families with children or pregnant women who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless.

Referral process

Families can self-refer or be referred by other agencies by phone to assess initial eligibility. People are then assessed in person by the case worker.
