Mission Australia (in partnership with Platform Youth Services) delivers the Grove Youth Outreach & Support Service to young people aged 16-25 years in the Penrith/Nepean community, who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness and face challenges. The Grove Youth service provides supported transitional accommodation, case management and implement strategies to support the young person.

Who we assist

We assist young people who are aged 16-25 without children, who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or experiencing housing stress.

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible for this service you must be between the ages of 16-25 years and be homeless or at risk of homelessness and not have children.

Referral process

We accept self-referrals or referrals by other government and non government agencies by contacting the service by phone, in person or via email.
