Open Doors is an outreach counselling service that uses a case management framework to support young people between the ages of 12yrs to 18ys living in Mirrabooka and surrounding suburbs.
Open Doors support young people experiencing risk factors impacting their lives to achieve their goals. The goals may include strengthening family relationships, maintaining positive health and wellbeing, engagement with school and employment and connection to their local community.

Eligibility criteria

Young people living in the Mirrabooka and surrounding suburbs looking for support to achieve their goals including connection to family and relationships, education and employment, their local community and other support services

Referral process

Referrals are accepted from any source, including from young people. Open Doors is a voluntary service where young people have the choice to engage. Support is provided for up to 12months and frequency of engagement is determined by the worker and the young person. Please contact Open Doors for more information.
