The availability of volunteering opportunities at Mission Australia is dependent on the current needs of our services. Volunteer opportunities are updated regularly and are advertised on Mission Australia’s Go Volunteer page, Seek Volunteer page and also through local community networks for regional areas.

Volunteering with Mission Australia often requires working with some of the most vulnerable people in our community. Due to the nature of our work we require volunteers to complete a police check and a Working With Children Check if accessing information relating to or working with children or young people. Mission Australia is committed to keeping children and young people safe with zero tolerance of harm or abuse, and expect all our employees and volunteers to reflect this commitment.
