Feedback and complaints
Your opinion matters to us
Anyone can tell us what they think about Mission Australia, including people we provide services to, their families and friends, the community, or staff from other services.
If you are a child or young person, we want you to tell us if you are feeling worried or unhappy.
You can provide positive or negative feedback about:
- A service
- Staff
- How you were treated
- Something else
We will treat you fairly and with respect, we will listen to you and take care with any information you give us because your opinion matters to us. If you would like to know more about how we handle your information, please read our Privacy Policy.
We are happy to help you give us feedback and share who else you can make a complaint to outside of Mission Australia.
How can you give us feedback?
You can:
- Talk to a Mission Australia worker or ask to speak with the manager. You can bring a support person.
- Fill out a “Complaints, Compliments and Feedback” brochure or if you’re a child or young person, you can use a “Tell Us” postcard. Give it to a Mission Australia worker or put it in the feedback box at your service.
- Write a letter or send an email to your service.
- Complete our online complaint form.
