Feedback and complaints
Would you like to make a complaint?
A complaint is when you do not like something and tell someone about it.
You can make a complaint to Mission Australia about:
- A service
- Staff
- How you were treated
- Something else
Who can make a complaint?
Anyone can tell us what they think about our service, including people we provide services to, their families and friends, the community or staff from other services.
Is my complaint private?
We will keep your complaint private. Private means we will keep your details safe and won’t share them without you saying it’s ok.
I need help to make a complaint
We can help put your complaint in writing at any Mission Australia office.
You may wish to ask a family member or friend to help you make a complaint or be with you as a support person at any time, if that makes you feel more comfortable.
If you need help understanding English, you can access the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) for assistance.
Our promise to you
We will treat you fairly and with respect when you make a complaint.
If you give us your contact details, we will let you know how long it will take us to get back to you with a full answer.
