Mother’s Day gives us an opportunity to share our love for the mother figures in our lives.

Aunties, friends, mums are people who have nurtured us to become the persons we are today and they deserve our care and support.

Here are six ways you can shower them with love and care this Mother’s Day:

1. Write a heartfelt thank you card

Words are powerful and can be a meaningful gift. Create a card sharing the things you have learnt from her and how much you value their input into your life.

2. Make a slide show or video

With mobile phones and apps, it’s easy to create a slideshow of visual memories to reminisce. Give her a phone call when you send the slideshow and enjoy watching her reaction to the fun photos.

3. Plan a surprise picnic

Prepare and pack a picnic lunch to enjoy the outdoors. Include her favourite snacks and bring some board games to make new memories together.

4. Give them a reason to celebrate

Buy them an Entertainment Membership. Filled with delightful discounts, it’s the perfect way to spoil mum. Even better, with every Entertainment Membership, 20% go towards our life-changing work.

5. Create a herb garden

Buy her favourite herbs and create an outdoor or indoor herb garden. Label each herb and include care instructions next to each one. She’ll love having easy access to herbs and will always think of you when she’s cooking.

6. Host a movie night

Spending time together is a wonderful way to bond. Make popcorn and put on her top flick. She’ll love spending quality time with her favourite people in the world.

We hope these ideas have inspired you. Enjoy your Mother’s Day!
